PowerNuvo S.L. has never stopped reinventing itself and enhancing its operations since its conception in 2010. The company has distinguished itself from the competition in our specialty target markets and emerging countries by combining a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term vision and an openness to new ideas and developments.

2010: The Spark

From Canada and North America to North and West Africa, we operate and trade recovered textiles and products.

2012: Integrated Operation

By gathering and supplying recycled raw materials, the company plans to grow its portfolio of industrial operations in Canada.

2016: Expansion & Diversification

Always on the lookout for growth opportunities, the Company began expanding into diversified activity sectors.

2018: Courage & Innovation

Following one of the most difficult periods in the global recycled clothing industry's history, the company valiantly forged ahead and expanded its operations in growing sectors in main target markets such as building materials, industrial machinery, and others, as well as expanding its source markets to include China and Europe. As a result, the company has decided to move its corporate headquarters to a central location that is closest to its niche markets. Malaga, Spain, was chosen due to a variety of considerations, and the company was renamed PowerNuvo S.L.

2021-22: First Direct Presence in West Africa and East Africa

Despite the global hurdles posed by the COVID-19 outbreak, PowerNuvo will proceed with its intention to open representative offices in Côte d'Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to be closer to its clients in West and East Africa and provide timely customer service and feedback.
